The challenge
Recruiters juggle dozens of candidates, each with résumés, assessments, interview notes and AI insights. TalentOS needed to turn that flood of information into decisions.
What I designed

- Assessment interfaces, interview evaluation and recruiter notes
- Job matching and candidate recommendation workflows
Approach
I organised complex candidate data into structured, scannable interfaces and built reusable components and patterns to keep every module consistent. I worked closely with AI engineers, developers and product stakeholders to keep the AI explainable and practical.
